Dr. Cailee Cinko is originally from Tampa, right in the Town ‘n Country area. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. During that time, she worked at Sunshine, starting in the kennel and working up to veterinary assistant.
She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. After completion of veterinary school, she headed to the Midwest, where she has been practicing for the last 2 years. She is now excited to return home and work alongside the Sunshine team.
She is passionate about client education and finding the treatment that works for your family. Her interests include ultrasound, senior pet care, and management of chronic diseases.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She likes to dabble in all forms of art and always has a project (or two) going at a time. She enjoys traveling and even better yet, practicing veterinary medicine while doing so. She has spent time working with veterinarians in Thailand and Malawi.
